Hi. We're Sarah and Patricia.
We are Latina Mental Health Experts
with clinical, coaching, and mental wellness experience.
We understand how important it is to have a healthy mind to be your best self in everything you do - for yourself, your family, your work, and your community.
However, many of us lack the knowledge and tools to implement best practices for our mental health, which is where we come in.
Our mission is to eliminate the stigma associated with mental health and to provide professionals with the tools they need to live healthy, productive lives at work and in the community. Our goal is for mental health to become an integral part of the lives of all Latinx professionals.
